NEXT Ministry Conference began in 2012 at Crown College in Minnesota as an innovative, affordable one-day training for youth and children's workers, their lead teams, volunteers and key high school students. Since then, NEXT has expanded across the U.S. to multiple regional locations and has trained thousands leaders who are intentional about equipping Jesus-followers in the next generations. While many things have changed from the beginning, one thing hasn't: NEXT Conference has and will always have a Christ-Centered approach in everything we do.

Why should you attend NEXT?

1. NEXT is affordable and practical: With registration prices for our one day event at $29.00 for adults and $20.00 for students, not only can full-time paid workers come, but so can volunteers and students. Each location offers a minimum of 18 workshops to choose from focused for elementary, middle, and high school ministry, as well as some focused specifically for high school students.

2. NEXT helps develop regional connections: With NEXT Conferences being locally planned and driven, you get to build your own network of friends and ministry partners. Whether you need help planning an event, need advice about a sticky ministry situation, or just need someone that gets it, you can develop relationships at NEXT Conference that benefit you and your ministry.
